Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Essencera. We want to make sure you receive your order quickly and reliably. Here's what to expect.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped the next business day after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will ship on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders ship from our central US fulfillment facility. Typical delivery times are 2 to 3 business days after the order ships, depending on your location.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Typical delivery times are 5 to 10 business days after the order ships, depending on your country and local customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to check your delivery status anytime through the carrier's website.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days domestically (or 14 business days internationally), please contact us at contact@essencera.pet and we'll help locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email contact@essencera.pet within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to make address changes.
